On October 23rd, ourschool held an online negotiation meeting with Seirei Christopher University of Japan. President Guan Yingjun and President Masahira Ôki of Seirei Christopher University attended the meeting. Guan Yingjun briefly introduced the school's development history, school-running characteristics,and international cooperation. She points out that Seirei Christopher University in Japan is renowned for its industry-academia-research integration,and expresses her hope that this online negotiation can serve as an opportunity for both schools to strengthen communication and collaboration. She envisions joint student cultivation programs, overseas internships, faculty visits and research, as well as collaborative research efforts in rehabilitation medicine,nursing, and other professional fields. Together, she believes both schools can contribute wisdom and strength to promoting Sino-Japanese higher education exchanges and cooperation. Masahira Ôki introduced the basics of Seirei Christopher University, noting the vast potential for cooperation between the two schools in fields such as rehabilitation medicine and nursing. He added that this negotiation meeting had further enhanced mutual understanding and trust, and expressed confidence in deepening future collaborations. After in-depth discussions, both parties reached a consensus on facilitating faculty and student exchanges, joint student cultivation, and collaborative research endeavors. They will work towards implementing these cooperation intentions in a timely manner. Relevant officials from the International Cooperation and Exchange Office (International Education College), the School of Rehabilitation Medicine, and the Nursing College also participated in the event. |
