Visit of Delegation from Russian State-run Sports University

 On April 26, Левушкин Сергей Петрович, the dean of the Physical Education and Sports Medicine of the Russian State-run Sports University, and director of the Health Monitoring Center of the Institute of Age Physiology, with his delegation visited our school, and the deputy principal Liang Shujuan met with the delegation and had a discussion.  

 Liang Shujuan welcomed the delegation and briefly introduced the school's development history, discipline majors and international cooperation. She pointed out that Russia is a strong sporting nation. Russian State-run Sports University is the center of Russia in training high-level sports talents. It has a significant advantage in sports medical research. She hoped that the two universities will communicate in depth in the training and research fields of sports medical talents and carry out pragmatic cooperation to contribute more to the development in the fields of sports and health in the two countries respectively.  

 Левушкин Сергей Петрович briefly introduced the school advantages, discipline settings, and scientific research of the Russian State-run Sports University. He said that China-Russia friendship has been enduring and gradually reborn, and the cooperation between the two universities is broad. He hoped that in the future, the two universities can carry out in-depth and pragmatic cooperation.

 After in-depth communication, the two sides reached consensus on physical education, teacher-student exchanges, and scientific research cooperation. Левушкин Сергей Петрович delivered a wonderful academic report for the teachers and students of the Rehabilitation Medical College and the Basic Medical College with the title of "Providing Science and Methods for High-quality Athletes".

 The delegation visited the clinical ability training center and the cultural and sports activity center.

 Relevant persons in charge of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office (International Education College), Rehabilitation Medical College, and Basic Medical College participated in the meeting.
